Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you create an account or make a booking, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe or Tap Payments — we never store card numbers directly).

2. How we use your data

We use your data to process bookings, send booking confirmations and receipts, provide customer support, and (with your consent) send relevant offers and updates about venues you've booked with.

3. Data sharing

We share your booking details with the venue you book with. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment data flows directly to our payment processors (Stripe, Tap Payments) under their respective privacy policies.

4. Data retention

We retain booking records for a minimum of 5 years to comply with UAE FTA requirements. You may request deletion of your account and non-transactional data at any time by emailing privacy@pook.ae.
